Business Description
RIA Systems is a legaltech SaaS company. Our mission is to humanize and scale the attorney–client journey with AI.
We are a digital-native, product-led startup that operates exclusively with our own software (recurring SaaS model), and all eligibility and governance essentials are openly published on this page.
Our flagship product, Briefing Jurídico, runs on WhatsApp and delivers end-to-end intake and case management: AI SDR that qualifies clients, automatic legal brief generation, one-click petitions and contracts via the "Alfred" assistant, and post-sale case updates through direct court integrations (EPROC, ESAJ, PJe) — all tracked inside a built-in CRM.

Reinaldo Oliveira — Founder & CEO
Computer engineer and serial entrepreneur building productivity products for attorneys. Leads product, strategy, and go-to-market in close collaboration with law firms.

Software engineer with experience in AI and scalable backends. Owns the Briefing Jurídico technical architecture, AI pipeline, and integrations.

Investors and structure
In 2023, we received an $80k angel investment via a SAFE from Marcelo Lombardo, founder and CEO of Omie, one of Brazil’s leading business management SaaS platforms. Beyond the capital, Marcelo supports us on product strategy and B2B SaaS scale.
RIA Systems operates through two legal entities:
- RIA Systems LTDA, responsible for operations in Brazil;
- RIA Systems LLC, incorporated in Delaware (USA), prepared for international expansion and global fundraising.
